The Nook

SAMH is Scotland’s national mental health charity.

At The Nook in Glasgow, we provide support to young people (10+), families and adults experiencing mental health problems impacting day-to-day living, as well as to people supporting others, whether that’s friends, family or work colleagues.

When you visit The Nook you'll be welcomed by our skilled and compassionate team and invited for a chat at our Kitchen Table. Or if you’d prefer to have a look around or listen to our audio descriptions instead, you’re very welcome to.

Support available at the Nook includes:

Information and resources
Social connections
Self-help sessions
Therapeutic wellbeing activities
Talking therapy including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and person-centred therapy (PCT)

The Nook is a walk-in hub so there is no need to book a time to come and speak to us, but if you'd feel more comfortable having a pre-arranged meeting time, you can book online at SAMH Connect.
